A love letter to Vietnamese coffee

We're a passionate team of coffee enthusiasts, primarily from Việt Nam, united to bring the rich flavours and traditions of Vietnamese coffee to the world. Our founder spent over a decade in Việt Nam before creating Lacàph — a brand built entirely on its own vision and values. As he puts it: "Lacàph is much like a love letter, written one cup and one story at a time."

Today, we produce award-winning blends in our top-in-class production facility, trusted by leading hotels and premium retailers, and enjoyed by thousands of curious consumers every day. Single origin, direct trade

We work closely with farmers who care about quality and sustainability. These relationships help us source exceptional beans from every corner of Việt Nam — from the red basalt highlands of Đắk Nông to the finest growing regions beyond. Direct trade means fair prices and shared quality standards, from farm to cup.

02. Hand-Picked with Care

No automation, just skilled hands

Our partner farmers hand-pick cherries at the perfect moment — not too early, not too late — to capture the best flavours. Every batch is sorted through several stages, removing anything that doesn't meet our standards. Fermented naturally and sun-dried to just the right moisture level.

03. Roasted & Cupped for Quality

Flavour developed, verified, then shipped

Our team roasts each batch to bring out its unique character — balancing sweetness and body so every blend works for espresso, filter, phin, or cold brew. Before packaging, every batch is cupped and graded one last time. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship. Vacuum-sealed for freshness.
