Shipping within Australia

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. Currently we only ship to addresses within Australia.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (estimated 3-7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $15 AUD (estimated 1-3 business days)
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $75 AUD

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Pre-order items will be shipped in accordance with the estimated shipping date provided at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. We do not ship internationally from this store.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@lacaph.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
