By accessing and using lacaph.com.au, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Products

All products are sold on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated. Estimated shipping dates are provided at the time of order and are subject to change.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (10%) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. Standard shipping is $10 AUD. Free shipping is available for orders over $75 AUD. Express shipping is $15 AUD. Delivery times are estimates only.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at hello@lacaph.com.
